Overview
In this role you will shape and deliver pay equity and transparency initiatives across Europe and the UK within the European Rewards team. You will translate complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll own data-driven analytics, reporting, and key processes, enabling informed compensation decisions and compliant submissions. This position offers high-visibility collaboration with senior stakeholders and a chance to influence pay practices at scale. You will drive clear delivery from complexity and contribute to a culture of data-driven improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support EU pay transparency project management, design, and implementation across multiple markets
- Deliver pay equity and pay transparency data analytics, including models and tools to support reporting, governance, and decisions
- Prepare pay equity reporting and regulatory submissions for the UK and Europe
- Own key pay transparency processes and tools across multiple countries, including right to information files and tools
- Support development of communication and capability resources for employees, managers, and P&P
- Build, maintain, and improve data models, reporting tools, and analytical outputs to strengthen reporting readiness and scalable delivery
- Own and optimize the Workday, HRIS, and payroll data landscape to underpin the agenda and improve data quality, integration, and reporting readiness
- Partner with European and Global Compensation teams and stakeholders across P&P, Technology, Legal & Compliance, Payroll, and external advisors to deliver compliant, practical solutions
Key requirements
- Strong data analytics capability with high data quality and execution standards
- Ability to build tools, models, and reporting outputs to support delivery and decision-making
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Familiarity with Workday (preferred)
- Experience with people data structures, governance, and data management in an HR environment (preferred)
- Experience in compensation, pay equity, or pay transparency (helpful but not essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to drive improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical topics into actionable steps
