Overview

As Channel Expansion Manager, you will lead third-party channel delivery across international markets, focusing on launching new channels and scaling existing ones. You act as the connective tissue between Channel Sales and enabling functions to ship tangible improvements, not just plan them. You’ll diagnose channel bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and drive end-to-end market launches. Responsibilities

  • Scale existing markets by turning manual channels into scalable programmes
  • Diagnose channel breakdowns using data and frontline input to identify root causes
  • Design and implement onboarding, deal registration, lead routing, escalation, and support processes
  • Eliminate manual workarounds and bottlenecks that constrain growth
  • Prioritize backlog by impact on productivity, revenue, and risk
  • Execute market launches with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies
  • Develop market-ready GTM plans including partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement
  • Coordinate collateral, training, incentives, and support models for go-live
  • Ensure compliance and contracting with Legal, Risk, and Compliance; hand over to day-to-day teams
  • Define operational models and data reporting with Sales Support, Tooling, Finance, and Data Science

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or channel-related roles
  • Experience designing and implementing commercial processes from scratch
  • Track record diagnosing operational problems and delivering lasting fixes during rapid growth or in unstructured environments
  • Ability to run multiple complex, cross-functional programmes concurrently and to tight deadlines
  • Structured thinker

  • Commercially curious
  • Analytical skills with comfort in performance data and financial models
  • Experience supporting market entry or international expansion
