Overview

As an Operations Manager in our client’s investment platform, you will coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and third-party providers to ensure smooth, compliant operations. You’ll be the primary operational liaison for investment teams and collaborate with IT and corporate services to streamline workflows. You’ll monitor deliverables, manage vendor relationships, and support budgets and payments, driving efficiency. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a clear path for progression.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and third-party service providers
  • Serve as operational contact for investment teams and manage requests
  • Collaborate with IT and corporate services to support operations
  • Monitor workflows, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution
  • Manage vendor relationships, service quality, and issue resolution
  • Lead vendor onboarding, due diligence, and documentation
  • Maintain operational controls, procedures, and documentation standards
  • Track budgets and support invoice and payment processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose performance improvements

Key requirements

  • 10-13 years’ experience in operations, fund operations, or investment platform support in financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of fund administration, custody operations, and outsourced service models
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, lean environment
