In this role you will support the Private Wealth team in Bristol, helping manage private client matters and administrative tasks. You will work closely with experienced lawyers to handle wills, trusts, probate, deputyship, and LPA/EPA registrations, while leveraging technology to improve efficiency. You’ll operate in a collaborative, high‑caliber environment that values client service and pragmatic solutions. Responsibilities
- Estate Administration
- Trust Administration
- Deputyship and Court of Protection
- Preparation of Wills
- Preparation of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPAs and EPAs)
- General administrative and coordination tasks
Key requirements
- Private client experience, especially in trust and estate administration
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and take initiative
- Attention to detail
- Competent in drafting/formatting letters and documents
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., iManage)
- Interest in leveraging technology to improve efficiency
