Intermediate/Senior DevOps

Overview

In this role you will integrate with a software engineering team to build on‑premises DevOps solutions and implement scalable automation. You will design and support CI/CD pipelines, monitor production and test environments, and collaborate across teams to accelerate software delivery. You’ll tackle operational reliability and platform integration with modern tooling. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven opportunity in a diverse, growth‑minded culture.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance and implement reusable CI/CD solutions using current industry best practices
• Monitor production and test environments; build dashboards and alerts for reliability
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to automate requirements early in the lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues via dashboards and logs; implement preventive measures
• Develop deployment automation tools using Helm, Ansible or similar
• Integrate platforms with Kafka and Kubernetes
• Share knowledge to maximize efficiencies and standardization

Key requirements

• Minimum of 3 years hands‑on Python and shell scripting experience (5 years for senior)
• Linux experience
• Containerisation with Docker/Podman
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLabCI, CircleCI, TravisCI)
• Experience applying DevOps practices in operational environments
• Understanding of distributed systems and network troubleshooting
• Strong Git workflows and configuration management knowledge
