You will join a busy conveyancing team and manage matters from instruction through post-completion, including sales, purchases, and help-to-buy transactions. Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
• Handle sales, purchases, shared ownership, and help-to-buy transactions
• Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a conveyancing team
• Provide strong technical expertise and exceptional client service in property matters
• Adapt to a broad mix of residential property tasks and prioritize client needs

Key requirements

• Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential property experience
• proven experience in residential conveyancing and handling a range of matters
• strong technical knowledge and client-facing skills
• Paignton-based or willing to relocate to Paignton (implied by location)
