You will lead a large 220-unit new build residential project in Farnborough for a leading housebuilder. The role involves managing the project from inception to completion, coordinating site teams, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver traditional build homes and apartments on time and to budget. Responsibilities

• oversee the residential project from inception to completion

• ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards on site
• manage project scope, schedule, and budget for a 220-unit development
