Senior Business Analyst & Value Tracking

Overview

In this role you will establish, measure, and communicate the business value of Enterprise AI initiatives across Danaher. You will partner with AI Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define KPIs, quantify benefits, monitor adoption, and track realized value from AI investments. You’ll design dashboards to illuminate portfolio performance and derive actionable insights for leaders. This position offers a chance to influence AI impact across operating companies and help scale measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement value measurement frameworks for AI products and enterprise AI programs (productivity, revenue, quality, customer experience, cost savings)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Danaher Operating Companies to establish baselines, success criteria, and quantify outcomes
• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards (Power BI and other analytics platforms) to track AI portfolio performance
• Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems to generate actionable insights for business and technology leaders

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Seven+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Value Realisation, Strategy Analytics, Financial Analytics, or Program Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and reporting tools, SQL, Excel, data visualization techniques, Python, Azure Data Platform
• Experience defining KPIs, business metrics, and performance measurement frameworks for digital, software, AI, or transformation initiatives
