Overview
In this role you will lead design and technical coordination for prestigious, large-scale regeneration residential schemes in London. You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver high-rise, reinforced concrete developments on time and within budget, while upholding Building Regulations and NHBC Standards. You’ll shape project outcomes by steering the design process and engaging clients and consultants in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical coordinators, engineers and architects to drive design coordination
- Direct projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes
- Liaise with clients, consultants and construction teams to align goals
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards
- Enhance company reputation through successful project delivery
- Communicate effectively and motivate the team in a collaborative manner
Key requirements
- Experience leading design/technical teams on large residential schemes
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete high-rise residential construction
- Degree qualified in construction or equivalent
- Solid understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC Standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
