Overview
As Health & Care Regulatory Associate, you will manage a varied caseload spanning advisory and contentious matters in health, social care, education and housing sectors. You will work within the Bristol team to handle Court of Protection matters, safeguarding issues, student education cases, and advocacy at hearings. The role combines independent practice with supervising junior colleagues and contributing to client care and business development. This is a chance to shape decisions in health and education law within a supportive, inclusive culture and hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of advisory and contentious matters
- Handle Court of Protection litigation and safeguarding issues
- Advocate at hearings, Tribunals and family court
- Address patient safety, complaints and disputes
- Work on education matters including SEND and children’s law
- Supervise junior colleagues
- Engage in client care and business development activities
Key requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE
- Experience in Court of Protection, education or children’s law
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Practical, commercial problem-solving approach
- Experience supervising junior team members
