Global Tax & Legal – Project and Program Manager

Overview

In this role, you will support the Intela deployment across geographies by providing expertise on features, integration with local processes, and testing of new releases. You will communicate with stakeholders, prepare engaging presentations, and train teams to enable effective adoption. The position sits within the Intela Functional Team, contributing to global service delivery and knowledge sharing. You will work in a collaborative, value-driven environment and help ensure high-quality, compliant outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications with team members and stakeholders via clear written and verbal updates
• Support User Testing for each new release
• Join Business Alignment and Discovery calls to ensure functionality meets needs
• Understand tax processes and how Intela applies across geographies
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and stakeholder meetings
• Utilize Microsoft Office and related tools to support productivity
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables
• Prepare and provide demos for new releases and ad-hoc requests

Key requirements

• Equivalent experience or a related degree
• Deep understanding of tax-related processes
• Knowledge of Deloitte’s global service offerings (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to design professional PowerPoint decks
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to document process flows
