Responsibilities

  • Lead complex business analysis to shape strategic change and inform executive decisions
  • Perform holistic analysis to identify opportunities, risks, dependencies, and impacts in high-impact environments
  • Define and improve organisation-wide BA standards, frameworks, and tools
  • Scope, elicit, analyse, prioritise, validate, and manage requirements for large programmes
  • Ensure requirements and solutions meet customer needs, regulatory obligations, and long-term outcomes
  • Champion user-centred design across change initiatives, including user research, usability, and evaluation
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders as trusted advisor
  • Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, operations, and delivery teams
  • Provide leadership and assurance for BA activities across programmes
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, capability, and ways of working using technology and innovation
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, service performance, and operational efficiency
  • Support delivery of strategic programmes with measurable business benefits
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments and incorporate insights into BA approaches
  • Contribute to BA capability development through coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic commitments

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience defining and embedding BA standards across multiple teams
  • Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders on complex requirements
  • Experience leading BA activities within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong expertise in elicitation, prioritisation, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Experience implementing user-centred design practices including research, service design, testing, evaluation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultancy skills with executives
  • Strong leadership and people management experience and driving continuous improvement
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity and translate needs into actionable outcomes
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels
