Solution Consultant, Financial Consolidation – London

Overview

In this role, you drive the pre-sales GTM strategy for Financial Consolidation across EMEA, positioning Pigment as the trusted consolidation partner. You lead strategic pre-sales engagements, craft compelling demos, and enable the Solution Consulting team while collaborating with product. You handle complex consolidation opportunities and align solutions with client goals, including IFRS/GAAP and regulatory considerations. You’ll extend consolidation capabilities into FP&A use cases for Office of the CFO and shape demo content for senior finance leaders. Responsibilities

• Own strategic pre-sales engagements for high-value accounts with complex consolidation needs
• Deliver tailored presentations addressing consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and regulatory compliance
• Provide deep technical and functional expertise in FC, IFRS/GAAP, multi-entity reporting, and compliance-driven scenarios
• Develop and deliver demos showcasing Pigment’s consolidation, reporting, and compliance capabilities
• Extend demos to FP&A use cases to expand Pigment’s Office of the CFO footprint
• Collaborate with the Solutions Innovation Center to maintain and enhance the demo library for Financial Consolidation, Close, and Reporting
• Oversee creation and refinement of demo scripts, video assets, and Interactive Product Tours
• Partner with Marketing to develop thought leadership content (webinars, whitepapers) on consolidation and compliance

Key requirements

• Strong background in finance and accounting (consolidation focus)
• Experience as consolidation accountant, financial controller, or auditor with statutory and management consolidation exposure
• Experience with FC tools (Oracle HFM, Oracle FCCS, SAP FC/Group Reporting, OneStream, Fluence, Tagetik)
• Experience with other EPM/Close Management/Disclosure Management solutions is a plus
• Background in pre-sales (Solution Consulting) at a SaaS/software company or finance transformation
• Solid understanding of legal and management consolidation, intercompany eliminations, IFRS/local GAAP, cash flow reporting, and audit requirements
• Knowledge of non-financial reporting requirements (CSRD, Pilar 2)
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field; DSCG/DEC preferred; UK equivalents acceptable
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
