As a Strategic Account Manager for the EMEA region, you cultivate and expand Frontify’s relationships with top enterprise customers, guiding them toward brand-management goals and identifying growth opportunities. You will own expansion and renewal targets, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and influence the roadmap through customer insights. This role blends strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a consultative approach to drive long-term partnerships. Responsibilities
- Own expansion and renewal targets with a focus on upsells and cross-sells
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA to drive revenue growth and retention
- Develop strategic account plans aligning customer priorities with Frontify capabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from operational users to C-level
- Identify and lead expansion opportunities across business units and brands using a value-driven approach
- Negotiate expansions with an eye on long-term partnership health and sustainable growth
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver seamless experiences
- Share customer insights to influence Frontify’s roadmap and enterprise account management practices
- Adapt to a hybrid work model with two days per week in London office
Key requirements
- 4–6+ years driving enterprise account management or sales in B2B SaaS
- Track record of managing and expanding large, complex enterprise relationships within EMEA
- Experience with or strong interest in enterprise marketing, brand, or creative technology solutions
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, including VP- and C-level decision-makers
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with commercial acumen and deliver customer value
- Ability to operate autonomously in a high-expectation environment and drive initiatives forward
- Proven collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive outcomes
