Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver components of customer engagements (communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, timelines)
  • Collaborate with Business Consultants to produce deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models and business performance
  • Leverage Veeva’s software and data to drive tangible business and operational solutions

Key requirements

  • Desire to participate in an intense, growth-focused program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Process-driven, able to analyze operations, numbers, and data for improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3.0–4.0 GPA in any major
  • Recent university graduate (≤1 year since graduation)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% annually
