Overview
In this role you lead the evolution of the OTC derivatives operating model within Citi’s Complex Assets and post-trade services. You will collaborate with technology partners to design applications across multiple asset classes and work with sales and implementations to ensure successful client onboarding. You’ll tackle complex bespoke client requests and guide project teams as a subject matter expert, driving efficiency and reducing manual interventions. This is a chance to shape critical post-trade services for sophisticated clients in a global market.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of the OTC derivatives operating model across Middle Office and Fund Accounting
- Collaborate with technology partners to design and implement supporting applications
- Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships with sales and implementation teams
- Conduct discovery and due diligence for bespoke client requests
- Provide leadership as a subject matter expert in OTC Derivatives to project teams
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce exceptions and manual work
Key requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on OTC derivatives experience
- Deep knowledge of OTC Derivatives theory and practical application across asset classes
- Experience with Calypso Technology or a comparable application
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint); programming knowledge (Java, Python, SQL) desirable
