Workday HCM Project Manager

Overview

In this role you guide global client organizations through Workday HCM/FIN transformations, delivering cloud-based HR solutions that support faster, smarter operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and contribute to pre-sales and coaching initiatives. The position sits at the intersection of technology, people, and change, leveraging AI-enabled accelerators to enhance delivery. You’ll lead diverse teams across regions and partner with stakeholders to maximize ROI on the Workday investment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Workday (Phase 1 and/or Phase X) implementations
• Manage senior client stakeholders, engagement financials, and overall delivery quality
• Utilize proven assets and processes to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery on time and within budget
• Lead and coach consultants to advance their capabilities
• Contribute to (pre-)sales cycles for new and existing Workday clients and opportunities

Key requirements

• End-to-end Workday implementation experience (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)
• 2+ delivered Workday engagements in program/project management
• Stakeholder, resource, financial, PMO, and quality management experience
• Willingness to travel as needed and manage multiple teams/clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; English fluency
• Certified in Workday PM/EM and/or agile methodologies
