Overview

In this Architect role, you contribute to large-scale Commercial & Residential schemes, shaping design and technical delivery. You will work within a collaborative Liverpool studio that is expanding, supporting high-profile residential and office projects across the region. You’ll lead project work and coordinate team efforts while maintaining strong client communication. This position offers a clear progression path as the practice grows and more opportunities arise. You’ll apply REVIT and design expertise to deliver thoughtful, contemporary solutions that align with the firm’s growth and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to medium-to-high-rise residential and office developments
• Balance design and technical delivery across projects
• Lead project work streams and mentor junior team members
• Engage in client-facing communication and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality
• Support development of sustainable, design-focused solutions

Key requirements

• ARB/RIBA qualified Architect
• 3–8 years post-qualification experience (UK-based essential)
• Mix of design and technical capability
• Job-running experience and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
• REVIT proficiency essential
