Senior Client Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end large-scale packaging programmes for consumer brands, ensuring design excellence, strategic input, and commercial rigour. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across markets, balancing speed and quality to deliver cohesive packaging systems and asset delivery. You will shape programmes from strategy through rollout, partnering with clients and internal teams to drive impact for global brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging programmes at scale from strategy to rollout
• Oversee packaging systems, artwork management, and CGI/render workflows
• Coordinate with strategists, creatives, designers, and production partners
• Manage multi-SKU portfolios and redesign/optimisation programmes across markets
• Monitor commercial performance, track contribution margins, and ensure financial discipline
• Own day-to-day client relationships and provide constructive challenge
• Structure teams, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum across programmes
• Advocate for best practices and contribute to internal initiatives and culture

Key requirements

• Proven experience managing complex packaging programmes in a design/brand/creative agency environment
• Highly organized with a portfolio mindset and strong attention to detail
• Confident delegator who can structure teams and manage dependencies
• Commercially and strategically minded, able to link projects to portfolio goals
• Experience tracking commercials and monitoring contribution margins
• Comfortable owning client relationships and challenging thinking to improve outcomes
• Calm, credible presence in resourcing meetings and cross-functional settings
