Group Reporting Manager

Overview

In this global finance role, you will lead the group reporting and consolidation across international entities, ensuring timely, high-quality financial reporting. You’ll provide technical accounting guidance and partner with senior finance stakeholders worldwide to drive consistency and best practices. The role focuses on improving reporting processes, controls, and systems while supporting audits and statutory reporting. You will mentor the finance team and operate in a high-visibility environment with global reach.

Responsibilities

• Lead group reporting and consolidation across multiple international entities
• Ensure accurate, timely, high-quality financial reporting
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support key finance stakeholders
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls and systems
• Partner with finance teams globally to promote consistency and best practice
• Support audit, compliance and statutory reporting requirements
• Mentor and develop members of the finance team

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation or financial reporting
• Experience within a complex, multi-entity or international organisation
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and stakeholder management skills
