In this role you will lead BREEAM assessments and guide design teams to sustainable outcomes across sectors. You will work within a growing sustainability team, supporting the expansion into energy modelling, LCA, and ESG advisory services. Responsibilities
- Lead BREEAM assessments from feasibility to certification
- Coordinate and review evidence submissions for BRE
- Lead client and design-team workshops
- Manage BRE submissions and certification process
- Support integration of wider sustainability strategies into projects
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in BREEAM consultancy
- Strong understanding of BREEAM processes and whole life carbon
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Confident communicator and capable of leading workshops and engaging clients
