Operations Manager , FC Operations

Overview

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you lead a team of Area Managers to drive safety, quality and productivity across the site. You design and execute the operational plan to meet targets and improve performance, collaborating with HR, Finance, Health & Safety and Security. You mentor managers, analyse performance data, and implement initiatives that advance operational excellence. This role offers hands-on leadership, cross-functional partnership, and a chance to shape the efficiency of day-to-day fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
• Lead shift teams and address issues to improve site performance
• Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, Security
• Design and deliver site-wide initiatives to boost operational performance
