Overview

In this role you apply biostatistical and epidemiological methods to real world data, guiding studies from design to publication. You will lead methodological expertise within a collaborative team, shaping analyses and informing client decisions. You will translate evidence needs into concrete study options and support reporting, with opportunities to contribute to abstracts and manuscripts. The position blends technical leadership with client delivery and team development in a global healthcare analytics context.

Responsibilities

  • Advance methodological guidance for study teams and clients, recommending optimal analytic approaches
  • Critically review study protocols for design and statistical methods to quality review
  • Evaluate and sign off on Statistical Analysis Plans with clear definitions and code lists
  • Interpret complex analysis results and assist project teams in drawing conclusions
  • Translate client evidence needs into analytical study design options
  • Provide biostatistics leadership, developing and applying innovative methods
  • Represent biostatistics expertise to clients and lead communications
  • Collaborate with Statistical Programmers on complex analyses and contribute to programming when needed
  • Support final reporting, manuscript preparation, and abstracts/posters for scientific congresses
  • Mentor SPs and non-SPs to grow epidemiology and biostatistics skills
  • Coordinate training and development materials, promoting ongoing learning and agility
  • Contribute to resource planning and line management responsibilities
