• M&A and business acquisitions for growing businesses
• Management buyouts and investment structuring
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements and governance documentation
• Corporate governance and constitutional matters
• General corporate advisory work across a diverse client base
• Early client contact and meaningful responsibility from an early stage

Key requirements

• NQ–3 PQE in corporate law
• Experience across M&A and general corporate work preferred
• Commercially minded and technically strong
• Keen to develop expertise and build client relationships
