Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will lead commercial delivery on major Northwest infrastructure projects. You will manage NEC-based contracts, procurement and cost control across schemes up to 100m+, collaborating with public and private clients. Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract procurement and commercial relationships
• Administer NEC contracts and ensure commercial compliance
• Provide cost planning, budgeting and value engineering on projects up to 100m+
• Monitor project financial performance and risk
• Support client liaison and progress reporting
• Collaborate with delivery teams on large-scale infrastructure schemes

Key requirements

• Experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor for a contractor on large infrastructure projects
• Proven track record delivering civil engineering works (highways, earthworks, drainage, structures)
• Strong NEC contract experience
• Ability to demonstrate long-term commitment and progression
