Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog aligned to business objectives and customer outcomes
• Collaborate with Developer Services stakeholders to understand challenges and define future product requirements
• Lead design, testing and implementation of new functionality and enhancements
• Act as product champion, driving adoption and engagement across the business
• Lead sprint planning and promote Agile ways of working across delivery teams
• Coordinate with technology teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver value-focused change
• Manage product incidents, risks and defects with timely resolution
• Drive continuous improvement via performance reviews and emerging requirements
• Shape roadmaps and influence strategic investment decisions
• Ensure objectives and measurable outcomes are defined for products
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable requirements
• Support business process design and optimization to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Developer Services, Technology, Customer and Operations
• Champion innovation and identify opportunities to improve services for developers and customers

Key requirements

• Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or similar digital product leadership role
• Strong understanding of Developer Services, customer journeys and related business processes
• Experience delivering digital transformation, systems enhancements or product-led change
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at all levels
• Experience prioritising competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning and backlog management
• Experience managing product incidents, defects and risks through to resolution
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical digital solutions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
