Responsibilities
- Manage group, conference and event enquiries from initial inquiry to contract confirmation
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling, cross-selling and negotiation
- Build strong client relationships and overcome objections to secure business
- Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds to showcase facilities and services
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless handover and exceptional guest experience
- Administer event contracts, quotations and customer records accurately
- Contribute to departmental sales targets and overall hotel commercial success
- Support promotional activities and represent the hotel professionally to grow future business
