Overview
As Account Manager for Nasdaq’s Corporate Solutions in Europe, you steward a portfolio of leading companies to maximize value from Nasdaq’s Investor Relations platform and advisory services. You’ll serve as the primary relationship owner, driving retention and revenue growth through senior-level engagement and tailored solutions. You’ll partner with Sales and Service to deliver a seamless client experience and represent Nasdaq in market dialogues. This role sits at the crossroads of relationships, analytics, and strategic advisory, with real impact on client success and growth.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients with focus on retention, upsell, and long-term relationship development across Investor Relations solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including IR leads and C-suite, acting as trusted advisor.
- Identify client needs and usage gaps, flag at-risk accounts, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service to ensure a cohesive client experience across touchpoints.
- Represent Nasdaq in meetings and market engagements, articulating value in the European market context.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5–10 years in account management, enterprise sales, or client-facing roles within financial markets or fintech
- Proven ability to manage and grow senior-level relationships in a consultative, solution-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of European market structures and ability to translate that into client value
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
