Maintenance Planner

Overview

As Maintenance Planner, you will plan shutdown tasks and coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to deliver reliable, cost-efficient asset care. You support improvement initiatives, maintain data and scorecards, and drive efficiency across the site. You’ll use SAP and data-driven insights to prioritise work, manage performance, and support internal audits. This role sits at the intersection of operations, planning, and continuous improvement, contributing to PepsiCo’s site goals and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule shutdown tasks with cross-functional teams to improve asset care and reliability
• Collaborate daily with Operations to meet targets via QCDM meetings
• Review and prioritise work orders with Maintenance and Operations teams
• Support Improvement Teams by scheduling Failure Analysis work orders
• Produce weekly scorecards and provide labour utilisation data; maintain SAP data and generate ad-hoc reports
• Maintain SAP data including new equipment and asset care regimes
• Take ownership of actions related to internal audits (PEMM, BRC, AIB)
• Demonstrate strong numeracy and analytical thinking to support decisions across Maintenance and Operations
