Overview

In this role you will lead platform change and migration initiatives for wealth and asset managers, collaborating with top-tier clients to deliver complex transformations. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and reporting while applying AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insight. You’ll operate across front office, operations, and technology, guiding client teams through change adoption and governance. This position offers a chance to shape digital transformation in financial services within a collaborative, entrepreneurial Capco environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform change and migration projects across front office, operations, and technology
• Deliver end-to-end regulatory or strategic changes across multiple workstreams
• Own project governance, tracking and reporting with AI-enabled support
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align priorities
• Guide client teams through change adoption, training and business readiness
• Champion responsible AI-enabled ways of working aligned to standards

Key requirements

• Proven PM experience in Wealth & Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Banking & Payments
• Exposure to investment platforms/products: Aladdin, Avaloq, Cinqor, FNZ, Charles River
• Strong understanding of business architecture in investment firms (front, middle, back offices)
• Comfort in fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Effective communication with a consultative mindset and ability to influence
• Curiosity to adopt approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows
• Ability to apply sound judgement to AI outputs, ensuring validation and governance
