Associate/Sr Associate – Construction (Contentious) – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will support a renowned Construction Disputes team in advising on complex, high‑value matters across the UK and internationally. You will work within a collaborative, high‑performing environment, handling a wide range of disputes arising from major infrastructure, engineering and real estate projects. You’ll assist senior lawyers while owning discrete workstreams and delivering commercially focused guidance through the dispute lifecycle, from risk management to proceedings. You will engage with diverse clients and contribute to business development in a flexible culture.

Responsibilities

• Advise on construction disputes across litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation
• Handle claims involving delay, disruption, defects and payment disputes
• Support proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court and international forums
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
