Overview

In this role you will lead oversight of exam and issue remediation within Global Financial Crimes. You will coordinate responses to regulatory and audit examinations, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. You’ll identify process improvements across investigative workflows and uphold a culture of continuous enhancement. You will influence strategy to reduce risk and strengthen the FCI control environment, while maintaining strong relationships with Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Risk partners. Responsibilities

  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise on policy, standards, and procedures to address requirements
  • Conduct end-to-end process assessments to uncover inefficiencies and improve investigative outcomes
  • Oversee remediation of financial crimes-related compliance and operational risk issues
  • Assist in preparation and execution of regulatory examinations and audits and coordinate responses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Relations, Audit and Risk partners
  • Produce executive-level reporting on regulatory commitments, issue inventories, and remediation status
  • Escalate risks timely and develop mitigation actions
  • Develop and maintain reports to measure the FCI program effectiveness

Key requirements

  • AML Investigations experience
  • Financial Crime risk management
  • Regulatory compliance and risk assessment experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal guidance
