Quantity Surveyor – Rail London

Overview

In this role you will join a leading rail contractor on Crossrail projects in west London to manage commercial performance. You will drive cost control, forecasting, and reporting to support project profitability and cash flow. You will collaborate with clients and supply chain while navigating NEC, JCT, and ICE contract frameworks. Key requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent incl. HNC)
• Experience with a contractor in rail or civil engineering environment
• Familiarity with NEC Option 3, JCT and ICE forms (desirable)
