Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Methods in London, you will attract, engage, and hire engineering, technology, and consulting talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers to shape candidate experiences and build a strong leadership pipeline for current and future needs. You’ll drive sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations while advocating for a positive candidate journey. Responsibilities

  • Talent sourcing aligned with workforce planning to fill leadership and specialist roles
  • Direct sourcing, headhunting, LinkedIn, talent mapping, and digital tracking to identify candidates
  • End-to-end recruitment: CV screening, phone screens, structured interviews, and managing director-candidate relationships
  • Candidate engagement and journey management from first contact to onboarding
  • Leadership pipeline development to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Market insights and talent mapping to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Recruitment analytics and reporting to inform stakeholders and optimize processes
  • Continuous improvement of candidate experience and recruitment workflows for Technical Direction

Key requirements

  • 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management and psychology or related field preferred
  • Experience as in-house or agency recruiter and full recruitment lifecycle management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage internal teams and hiring managers
  • Proven ability to screen, shortlist, and interview with detailed feedback for hiring managers
  • Experience building employer awareness and strong candidate relationships
