Overview

In this role, you will lead end-to-end infrastructure projects in a highly regulated environment, ensuring timely, compliant delivery. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, supply chains, and designers, while maintaining strong governance and project controls. Working mainly on-site with hybrid flexibility, you’ll steer complex NEC4 ECC programs and use CEMAR to track contractual processes. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from planning to close-out
  • Manage projects under NEC4 ECC, including Early Warnings, Compensation Events, instructions, programme controls, and change management
  • Utilise CEMAR or similar systems to track contractual processes
  • Integrate cost, risk, programme, and reporting for oversight
  • Identify critical activities, dependencies, and constraints to drive delivery
  • Act as primary liaison for clients, supply chain, designers, and consultants
  • Foster collaborative yet commercially disciplined working relationships
  • Provide leadership and ensure compliance in nuclear/defense or highly regulated environments

Key requirements

  • Strong enabling / infrastructure project delivery experience
  • Demonstrable experience managing NEC 4 ECC projects
  • Solid project controls experience aligning programme, cost, risk, change, and reporting
  • Experience from pre-construction through mobilisation, construction, and close-out
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong communication, reporting, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in nuclear, defence or other highly regulated environments
  • Experience with CEMAR or similar NEC contract management systems (desirable)
