Electrical Supervisor / Construction Manager

Overview

In this role you oversee electrical packages for commercial fit-out projects in London, leading site teams and coordinating with clients and project teams to deliver on time, safely, and within budget. You will drive programme, quality, and H&S, aligning trades and subcontractors to the project plan. This position offers growth within a contractor with a strong pipeline of London projects and clear career progression. You will leverage your electrical background to shape project delivery and collaborate across disciplines to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Pay / Benefits

• 65,000–70,000 GBP + package

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects
• Lead site teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate programme, quality and H&S
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

Key requirements

• Experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Construction Manager or Site Manager
• Strong commercial fit-out experience
• Electrical background with an M&E contractor
• Ability to manage projects valued between 150k–5m
