In this role you will join a premier Real Estate Finance practice in London, advising a premium lender client base on high-value transactions. You will support cross-office teams across investment, development and structured finance matters in diverse property sectors. You’ll lead or contribute to senior and junior debt origination, intercreditor arrangements, and innovative syndication strategies. Responsibilities
- Advise lenders on origination of senior and junior debt
- Navigate intercreditor arrangements and design alternative syndicated structures
- Contribute to investment, development and structured finance transactions across multiple property sectors
- Collaborate with cross-office teams to manage high-value, complex deals
- Support top-tier clients with strategic real estate finance advice
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance
- Qualified in England & Wales or other commonwealth jurisdictions
- Training and experience from a top City or international law firm
