Senior Manager – CPG & Retail Consulting

Overview

As a Senior Manager in Wipro Consulting’s Consumer practice, you guide large-scale transformation programs for CPG, Retail, Travel & Transportation, and related sectors. You will strengthen senior client relationships as a trusted advisory voice, shape growth opportunities, and lead multi-shore delivery with measurable business impact. You’ll develop and coach teams, and contribute to market-facing thought leadership and propositions. This role offers scope to drive strategic execution and customer value in a dynamic, digital-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs delivering measurable business impact
• Build and grow senior client relationships as a trusted CxO advisor
• Originate and convert consulting opportunities to drive profitable growth

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients, ecosystem partners, and internal teams
• Proven ability to generate consulting business from new and existing accounts
• Self-sufficient, pro-active in business development and capable of driving personal utilization in a sell-and-deliver model
