Investment & Portfolio Analyst

Overview

As Investment & Portfolio Analyst at Tilted, you will run the numbers behind a large theatre investment portfolio, modelling opportunities from producer packs and maintaining models, databases and dashboards. You’ll own monthly and quarterly investor reporting and ensure data accuracy across the portfolio, including cashflows and scenarios. The role leverages AI-enabled tools to improve processes and may evolve into shaping strategic investment decisions. You’ll work in a small team handling confidential commercial information and contributing to a scalable, data-driven investment process.

Responsibilities

• Model investment opportunities from producer packs using Tilted templates and reconcile with the pack
• Build and maintain cashflow, recoupment, IRR and scenario analyses for prospective investments
• Prepare written recommendations for investment committee including risks and return scenarios
• Maintain and refine templates and assumptions as portfolio and market evolve
• Oversee investment database, dashboard and modelling app; ensure data accuracy and current records
• Apply AI-driven enhancements to modelling processes and day-to-day work
• Ensure confidential information is protected and handled appropriately

Key requirements

• Advanced Excel skills with structured layouts, lookups, scenario logic, and error-checking
• Strong financial literacy: P&L, cash flow, break-even, ROI
• High accuracy and attention to detail; ability to reconcile numbers
• Proven process discipline and reliability; meet recurring cycles and deadlines
• Clear written communication to translate analysis into recommendations
• Discretion with confidential commercial information
