Overview

In this Senior Building Surveyor role, you join a client-focused team within RLB to deliver proactive survey and building consultancy services across diverse projects. You will manage commissions, oversee design and specification writing, and conduct pre-acquisition surveys while maintaining high standards of technical delivery. Key requirements

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
• MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
• CDM / Health & Safety exposure
• Project based experience
• Ability to manage complex projects proactively and diligently
• Excellent specification writing skills
• Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
• Track record in project management from inception to completion
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in a consultancy
• Previously employed by a consultancy
