Senior Technical Co-ordinator (Housebuilder) | Permanent | West London

Overview

In this role you will coordinate technical aspects on a large West London RC-frame residential project, ensuring quality and compliance from demolition to completion. You work on-site within a reputable housebuilder’s team, supporting design and engineering decisions across two phases on a 700-unit scheme. You will address basement works, MEP coordination, and regulatory requirements to keep the project on track. The position offers long-term, multi-year exposure on high-profile developments in a quality-focused environment. You’ll engage with safety standards and planning considerations to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical delivery for large RC-frame apartments and traditional build homes on site
• Oversee basement excavations, MEP coordination, and overall technical construction knowledge
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning requirements
• Support health & safety/CDM compliance and site safety practices
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate solutions across two phases
• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor progress and communicate issues impacting schedule or budget
• Maintain alignment with project quality goals and company standards

Key requirements

• Degree qualification preferred
• CIAT qualification preferred
• Experience with large on-site RC-frame residential projects and traditional build houses
• Experience with reputable housebuilders
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint
• Strong design, engineering construction knowledge, and building regulations knowledge
• Good NHBC knowledge
• Strong on health & safety / CDM regulations
• Understanding of planning legislation
• Ability to commute to West London daily
• Longevity with previous employers
