Retail Leasing Surveyor – Shopping Centres

Overview

In this role you will support a growing shopping centre agency team by handling landlord leasing instructions for major shopping centres and town centres. You will work closely with clients, leveraging a commercial and proactive approach to drive leasing outcomes. There is potential to broaden into occupier advisory depending on your interests. This is a great chance to take ownership and progress within an independent property consultancy.

Responsibilities

• manage landlord leasing instructions for shopping centres and town centres
• develop and maintain landlord-facing client relationships
