Overview
In this role you will help develop and deliver an enhanced Shared Lives offer in Salford. You will partner with Adult Social Care, the media team, and practitioners to shape communications and test new approaches. A service design mindset will drive system changes around people’s experiences and improve quality of life for service users. The role combines programme management with a focus on coproduction and scalable transformation within a local government context.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an enhanced Shared Lives offer in partnership with the Registered Manager
- Shape a communications plan with the media team to promote the service to carers and professionals
- Apply service design principles to create and refine systems and processes around user experiences
- Test and pilot new approaches with service leads and practitioners to drive improvements
- Manage transformation initiatives to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives
