Family Lawyer

Overview

In this role, you will join a private Family Law team in Bristol to manage a broad private family law caseload and contribute as a fee earner. You will handle matters such as divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation and separation agreements, nuptial agreements, and children-related issues, while building and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage private family law caseloads, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation/separation agreements, and nuptial agreements
• Handle children matters and related court processes
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients
• Contribute effectively as a fee earner within a cooperative family law team
• Support career progression and contribute to high-quality work for a top-tier client base

Key requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent
