Professional Services Consultant

Overview

In this role, you act as a product specialist delivering strategic consulting to clients across North America and EMEA, helping them define requirements and tailor our software to achieve business goals. You will combine technical knowledge, consultancy, and relationship management to drive successful implementations. You’ll stay ahead of product updates and industry trends to solve complex client challenges. Your work supports cross-functional delivery and adoption of our Employee Experience platform, shaping outcomes for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on products, features, systems, and business processes
• Configure and customize solutions to meet client requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with stakeholders
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and demonstrate value of solutions
• Drive client adoption and successful implementation of our solutions
• Contribute to project management from inception to completion with timely delivery and budget adherence
• Identify and mitigate project risks and manage client expectations
• Prepare reports and presentations with the Delivery Manager; document agreed solutions with the Solutions Architect
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles; develop reusable assets and templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor associate consultants

Key requirements

• 4+ years in technical or business consulting or related field
• Experience with enterprise software implementation and configuration or professional services
• Background in applying structured service delivery methodologies
• Experience in cross-functional project teams
• Strong SME knowledge of implemented solutions and integrations
• Understanding of data models and business process workflows
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Project management familiarity (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing requirements
• Travel willingness up to 30%
