Responsibilities
- Lead C&I projects through full lifecycle from concept to commissioning, managing teams, timelines, and budgets
- Design novel process control and safety systems for safety-critical environments
- Drive innovation by maturing new concepts into accepted solutions
- Oversee and produce electrical reports, specifications, and design drawings (SLDs, P&IDs, BCDs, schematics)
- Manage client relationships to define requirements, scope, risks, and progress reporting
- Mentor and develop junior electrical and C&I engineers
Key requirements
- MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong practical knowledge of process control systems and EC&I documentation
- Experience leading safety-critical solutions aligned with IEC 61508, IEC 61511, ISO 13849, DO-178, or DO-254
- Experience working under ISO 9001 quality standards and strong communication skills
- Proven track record in technical project leadership and mentoring
