HR Business Partner UK&I and NEU HR Cluster Lead

Overview

In this role you will lead the people agenda as HR Business Partner for the UK&I sales company, shaping the HR strategy to align with global and local priorities. You collaborate with the Northern Europe region to support ambitious growth and smooth regional HR operations. You will line-manage the UK HR team, coach leaders, and drive organizational transformation while maintaining a strong focus on talent development and employee relations. This is an influential, hands-on role in a fast-changing business with a 140-year legacy and global reach.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for the UK&I sales company and contribute to the regional HR agenda
• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with global/local priorities
• Line-manage the UK HR team and support leadership development
• Drive business change and transformation with focus on people agenda
• Lead employee relations and ensure compliance and effective ER practices
• Collaborate across the Northern Europe region to support growth targets
• Coach leaders to attract, retain and develop talent in a matrix organization

Key requirements

• Experience in HR leadership roles
• Proven track record in coaching leaders to drive change and transformation
• Experience managing HR professionals in a matrix organization
• Ability to collaborate in a culturally diverse environment
• Strong focus on employee relations and balancing strategic/operational priorities
• Willingness to lead through transformation with people-centric focus
• CIPD qualification is preferred
