Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations and client triage
  • Advise and liaise with clients on personal injury matters
  • Manage ongoing cases from instruction to resolution
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate settlements and progress matters efficiently
  • Support networking and business development activities
  • Review and manage WIP and client financing
  • Meet monthly and annual fee targets
  • Manage outstanding debt collection
  • Attend team meetings as required
  • Keep files organized, compliant, and up to date
  • Use DPS for all correspondence and ensure team compliance
  • Adhere to company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Key requirements

  • 3-5 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to manage a busy personal workload and meet deadlines
  • Experience using multiple systems and handling data confidently
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
