In this role you will support a market-leading pensions practice across contentious and non-contentious matters for high-profile clients, working closely with teams in London and Bristol. You will handle scheme establishment, mergers, de-risking, wind-ups, and trustee duties, while advising on regulatory compliance and cross-border issues. You’ll contribute to business development and client growth in a collaborative environment that values inclusion and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Advise on scheme establishment, mergers, de-risking and wind-ups
- Cover trustee duties, investment agreements and regulatory compliance
- Handle pension litigation, trust-related claims and rectification actions
- Contribute to insurance product development and cross-border pension issues
- Collaborate with London and Bristol teams and drive business development and client growth
Key requirements
- 6+ years PQE in corporate pensions from a top city or regional firm
- Strong technical expertise across advisory and contentious pensions
- Excellent academics and commercial acumen
