Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will identify opportunities for improvement within DWF’s Transformation Portfolio and shape how we work by aligning technology and processes with strategic aims. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Analysts and stakeholders to drive initiatives that increase efficiency and deliver lasting business value. You will translate challenges into effective solutions, support change design and adoption, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on position with a meaningful impact on our transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• gather and manage business requirements and translate needs into solutions
• analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
• support design and implementation of change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
• manage stakeholder engagement and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle
• support solution testing, end-user adoption and training activities
• produce high-quality documentation including requirements, process maps and user guidance

Key requirements

• proven experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements
• strong knowledge of BA techniques (SWOT, MoSCoW, root cause analysis)
• experience mapping and analyzing business processes to identify improvements
• ability to interpret and analyze data to identify trends and recommendations
• understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with workshop facilitation experience
